How Environmental Testing Works
Each hazard requires different tools and methods, but every test we perform follows the same basic steps for reliable results.
1. Discovery
We start by gathering background information about your home. This includes its age, recent renovations, any history of damage, and the specific health concerns your family is experiencing. These details help us target the areas most likely to be affected.
2. Visual Inspection
Our inspectors perform a thorough walkthrough of your home, focusing on common problem areas depending on the type of test. We look for visible signs, risk factors, or conditions that may warrant sampling.
3. Sampling & Laboratory Analysis
Samples are collected using safe, approved methods tailored to the specific hazard—such as air or surface samples for mold, bulk materials for asbestos, or water draws for lead. All samples are sent to accredited laboratories for precise, third-party analysis.
4. Report & Consultation
You’ll receive a written report that explains the results in clear language, not just technical jargon. It includes lab findings, identified risks, and recommendations on whether further action—such as abatement or mitigation—may be needed. Our team is available to walk you through the results and answer any questions.
Did You Know?
Home testing kits for mold, lead, or radon often miss the full picture. They may detect something is present but can’t confirm the type, level, or source. Professional testing with accredited labs gives you accurate results and clear guidance you can act on.

Why Testing Matters
Your home is much more than four walls and a roof — it’s the place where your family should feel most safe and healthy.
Environmental hazards like mold, asbestos, lead, radon, and poor indoor air quality aren’t always visible, but testing gives you clarity.
Whether you’re planning a remodel, buying or selling a home, or simply want peace of mind, certified testing helps you take the right steps at the right time.Â
