Overview
A Medford homeowner contacted Healthy Home due to increasing concerns over occupant health in the home following the installation of a new HVAC system. The homeowner reported headaches and swelling around the eyes when they were in the house. We conducted an indoor air quality investigation, including VOC sampling, and were able to assure the homeowner that the quality of the air within their home was within the established indoor air quality parameters.
