Overview
Healthy Home assisted a Beaverton resident in pinpointing recurring mold spots on their living room ceiling, traced to inadequate attic insulation allowing condensation buildup. We advised on upgrading insulation materials and adding ridge vents for better air circulation, helping the family maintain a mold-free space.

Overview
A Bend homeowner contacted Healthy Home for asbestos and lead testing because Deschutes County required testing before issuing permits. We were able to respond quickly and provide them the documentation required to secure their permits, and to provide information to the contractor about the lead and asbestos content of the materials they were to impact so they could get the materials properly removed by a licensed contractor.

Healthy Home conducted lead sampling for a homeowner in Central Point who was about to begin a home renovation project. Lead-based paint was identified on multiple components. Healthy Home recommended that all work is conducted following lead-safe work practices to minimize the potential for lead exposure to the occupants.
