Overview
A Gresham resident called for flooring survey ahead of a living room refresh; our testing detected asbestos in the vapor barier underneath the underlayment. We helped coordinate with a licensed abatement contractor for proper containment, removal and disposal to protect the household.

We were able to recommend adjustments in furniture placement to generate airflow at the inside of exeterior walls, as well as suggestions on vapor barrier improvement during a planned siding replacement project.
