Overview
Healthy Home was able to identify the source of visible mold growth at the base of a wall within a house in Bend. The waste line from an upstairs sink had a drywall screw through it causing an intermittent leak from this rarely used sink.

Overview
Healthy Home was able to identify the source of a leak causing water to collect in the closet of a bedroom, and suggest corrective actions to stop the leak and prevent mold growth. Wet building materials were removed and replaced, and the home is now able to be reoccupied, with no concerns over the air quality in the house due to mold.

A Cottage Grove homeowner was concerned about radon entering their home through the basement and asked Healthy Home to conduct short-term radon sampling. The radon levels were well below the EPA threshold, assuring the homeowner that the occupants were not exposed to excessive radon gas.
