    Overview

    Healthy Home received a call from a homeowner in Prineville. The occupants were complaining of allergy-type symptoms when in the house. The upstairs main bathroom had inadequate ventilation and the ceiling was supporting visible mold growth from excess moisture. Healthy Home recommended that the homeowner replace the bathroom ventilation fan with a larger CFM model, and to have the installer include a humidity sensor to automatically turn the fan on when the humidity in the room reached 60%.
