    Overview

    Healthy Home received a call from a homeowner in Medford compaining of health concerns she felt were associated with being in the home. After a thorough mold investigation, it was determined that excessive organic growth was present in the gasket of her front load washing machine. The room had a strong musty odor, which was isolated to the gasket. We provided instructions on how to prevent this issue in the future through simple housekeeping steps.
